What a fantastic ending to our 14-day Christmas market tour across Europe! I loved relaxing in the serene lounge area with complimentary hot beverages after exploring, and the walk-in rain shower was such a treat for my sore muscles. The only slight downside was the room could feel a bit chilly upon return, but it warmed up quickly. Definitely a must-visit for a cozy stay 😊

I had a real good stay here and would love to return. The rooms were air conditioned and huge, had shower facilities and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Pleasant accommodation, incredibly kind staff, excellent location to everything that someone wishes to see in Prague. Air-conditioned and good sized rooms provided with safe, bathroom, for example.

The location was perfect, right in the center. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with their great recommendations for local eats. Our room was fine and everything was super clean.

Surprised in the best way!

The location is perfect, just a short stroll to Old Town, with cafes and shops right outside. My room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a feast with smoked salmon and homemade yogurt. Staff were great to ensure a nice experience!

I was utterly disappointed by the lack of attentive replenishment at breakfast during the last hour. It was like the hotel prioritized sustainability over guest satisfaction, leaving many items depleted as I arrived. The noise from the outside street continued to disturb my peace.

What's great and what's not

The beds were comfortable, and the staff provided good surprises daily, like jelly bears. The hotel also offered refreshing lemon water in the lobby, a great touch during hot days!

Minor bathroom odor issues were noted, and the noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted my peace. The shower water pressure was inconsistent at times.

Loved my spacious room with big windows! Everything we needed was there. The location was prime too, close to everything!

the air conditioning took a little while to adjust. but the room had high ceilings with wooden beams and spacious layout. staff were super friendly, offering great local tips. excellent location made exploring easy!

The apartment felt modern and clean. Staff provided attentive service, even packing a delicious breakfast for my early checkout, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the double room. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with free toiletries. I faced some noise at night due to the vibrant nightlife outside, a bit disruptive. The toilet had a minor leak, prompting me to use towels for two nights. Although the decorating was luxurious, the crowded table with the kettle limited my workspace. I wish I had the room for a small desk to work comfortably.

Comfortable room, quiet space, with excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, just a short walk to Metro and many local dining options nearby.
